My mosaic crosses are my pride and joy.  I love taking a plain wooden cross and placing pieces of art glass and mosaic tiles on it that I have cut and then fitting it all together like a puzzle.  I get excited as I start seeing everything come together and begin to wonder whose home it will go to.  When I am creating one of my mosaic crosses I always feel like I am making it for a very “special” someone.  I am told m crosses are very unusual, colorful and unique.  Like my crosses, I also love creating beaded jewelry (necklaces and earrings.)  However, unlike my crosses, I prefer simplicity with my jewelry.  I prefer single strands with only one or two bead colors and an occasional pendant that gives that necklace a very elegant look.  For my jewelry I use fine quality beads, some silver and occasionally some copper.  My jewelry works for all occasions from casual to that very special evening out on the town.
